A Park in Florida–Property of Cuba?

Many people may find it surprising to learn that a small park in Florida is legally the property of the Cuban state. It’s a plot of land in Tampa that pre-dates the embargo, and even the existence of the Cuban nation itself. And with all things Cuban- American, it’s part of an on-going struggle surrounding Fidel Castro, Cuban identity, and the future of Cuba.
