Andrew Stelzer: Radio & Print Journalist

An Egyptian desert safari outfit spends one week each year bringing volunteers out to the desert to clean up what others have left behind. It’s an amazing landscape, and many participants were shocked to find so much litter–ranging from plastic silverware to fishing line.

I wrote 2 articles about the clean up; one for the Seattle Times Sunday Magazine, and another for Egypt Today.
